Weronika Duda

Responsible for the German Desk at Kochański & Partners, supporting German-speaking clients in conducting business in the Polish market and implementing investment projects in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and cooperating with Luxembourg.

Weronika advises Polish and foreign entities, particularly German companies, operating in the Polish market or planning to enter it. She provides comprehensive support to clients at every stage of starting a business in Poland—from company formation, through regulatory issues, to acquiring real estate for investment projects (such as logistics parks) and leasing office space.

She has extensive experience in corporate law, including company formation and structuring, ongoing corporate servicing, and regulatory advice related to starting and conducting business in Poland. She also advises on real estate transactions—from legal due diligence of properties, through negotiating acquisition agreements and construction processes, to commercialization. She has many years of experience in managing complex international projects.

Her specialization includes sale and leaseback transactions, advising on complicated sales structures and subsequent leases, taking into account the legal and factual status of the properties.

Among her clients are the largest German companies in the FMCG and automotive sectors, for which she has managed numerous real estate investments with a total value exceeding EUR 500 million.

Thomas Breitinger

Workplace: Altios (Altios International / Maier Vidorno Altios)
Period: Since approximately 2010 (over 15 years of experience)

He serves as Vice President / Head of DACH Outbound Division, responsible for the development of foreign expansion projects for companies in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and supporting businesses entering these markets, including in the context of collaboration with Luxembourg. He leads internationalization projects and teams executing activities for clients in Europe and beyond.

His areas of expertise include strategic and operational consulting in foreign expansion, including market entry strategy preparation, international business development, sales process support, and cross-border project implementation. He has experience working with companies from various sectors, including automotive, pharmaceutical, medical, chemical, engineering, electronics, and automation.

He has over 15 years of experience in the internationalization of enterprises, particularly working with companies from the DACH region expanding into foreign markets. He combines education in economics and international politics with practical experience in managing expansion projects and building business relationships in Western European markets.

Ewa Barazik

Expert in digital export and business relationship development, associated with the Export Support Department of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency. For over 15 years, she has been working in the international environment, implementing projects related to internationalization, combining e-commerce experience with the practice of building long-term partnerships.

Organizer of economic forums, trade fairs, and business missions, with particular expertise in the Austrian market and German-speaking markets. She supports companies in effective cooperation with foreign partners, taking into account cultural and business differences.

Professional Experience At the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, she is an expert supporting the office in Germany, developing relationships between Polish and German entrepreneurs. Previously, she worked for German companies, including Zalando and Affinitas GMBH, implementing marketing strategies that enable growth in foreign markets.

Tatiana Roze

Tatiana Roze is an expert in the international expansion of enterprises, with a particular focus on the German market and the DACH region. She specializes in developing and implementing market entry strategies, building local structures, and providing operational support for international companies. She has approximately 10 years of experience in this field and has conducted dozens of consultations.

Professional Experience At ALTIOS International (since 2021), she has held key roles related to strategic consulting and business development in German-speaking markets, including Head of Inbound Advisory & Recruitment and Project Manager. She is responsible for developing market entry strategies for Germany, conducting market analyses, developing business partnerships, supporting M&A processes, and managing international projects. Her expertise encompasses DACH markets. For over 5 years, she has conducted numerous projects supporting entrepreneurs entering and developing in DACH markets.

Outside of Altios, she also gained experience at Business France (2017, 2019-2021 in Zurich, Vienna), where she supported French-speaking companies in expanding into foreign markets through market analyses, export-supporting prospecting activities, and organizing business events.

From 2017 to 2019, she implemented various projects for financial institutions, trading companies, and event organizations, gaining experience in analysis, sales, administration, and support for international development. Tatiana possesses extensive knowledge of the barriers and opportunities faced by companies entering German-speaking markets, the specific conditions in these markets, and the necessary operational activities. Additionally, she has a strong awareness of cultural differences in conducting business.

She has collaborated with Polish companies and regularly supports the International Club event, where Polish firms have the opportunity to gain more information about entering and functioning in specific markets.
